Raspberry Smoothie Recipe - Protein Smoothie
I love the color of raspberries. I know that seems a little odd especially since I am not a pink colored kind of person, but for some reason raspberries are so neat! They are bright and bold and the fact that you can get that kind of color out of fruit is just awesome! Plus raspberries are super good for you! According to health.com:
7 Reasons Raspberries Are So Good for You
1. Raspberries have lots of nutrients
2. They're low in sugar
3. They're rich in anti-aging antioxidants
4. They can protect you from cancer
5. Raspberries are high in fiber
6. They may help prevent diabetes
7. Raspberries sharpen your brain and memory
How neat is that?!! I actually add raspberries to a lot of my smoothies and/or breakfast items. I even just snack on them throughout the day. They are a little too easy to eat that is for sure, but luckily, they are healthy for you so that is a major bonus!
