Korean Beef Bowl Recipe
I don’t know if you have noticed but man am I on a bowl kick. It is actually a little ironic. Ok, but I have to tell you a funny story so you understand ……
Growing up I hated mixing my food. Like absolutely freaking hated it. Like so much that food couldn’t touch. Like so much that if the food touched I wouldn’t eat the pieces that touched. Like so much that I would actually get a different plate for desert. (insert all the laughing face emojis here). My poor freaking parents. I seriously can’t even imagine what they were thinking. Probably something like
“oh shit”…. or… “this girl has some serious issues, but we can’t say that cause she is our kid”.
hahhahahahahahahaha.Ok, I am busting up laughing just writing that.
