Healthy Beef Salad Recipes - Hot Salad Recipes

I am seriously becoming obsessed with hot salads. I have always loved salads, but about two years ago I started to really not like my own salad. I would order salads out and absolutely love them, but when I made myself a salad let’s just say they were less than par.

Well, I started to play around with hot salads and I am absolutely in love with this super simple and delicious hot beef salad. It is easy, yummy, healthy, low carb, and delicious! Plus, you don’t even use dressing. How cool is that?!!

Serves 2 Adults.

Ingredients:

  1. 1lb of shaved natural grass fed beef

  2. Your fave lettuce mix

  3. 1/3 sweet onion

  4. Mayo

  5. Salt and Pepper

  6. Olive oil or butter

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat your cast iron pan on low

  2. Add olive oil to pan

  3. Slice Onion

  4. Saute onions with salt and pepper until the onions begin to turn translucent (you can add mushrooms too! It is awesome with mushrooms!)

  5. Add Shaved beef to pan and season with pepper only.

  6. Cook until brown (ensure to cook all the way through)

  7. Add lettuce onto your plate

  8. Top with onions and cooked shaved beef

  9. Top with mayonnaise

  10. Enjoy!
