Flourless Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients:
3 medium ripe bananas (they need to be turning brown this is key. The mushier the better)
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 large eggs
¼ cup pure maple syrup (or honey)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking soda
Some items that you are going to need in order to cook these.
This time I decided to only make half of my bread with chocolate chips, but you will want to top your entire bread with the chocolate chips.

Directions:
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
Spray bread pan with coconut spray to ensure bread doesn’t stick
Pour mixture into the bread pan
Top with chocolate chips
Cook for 30 minutes.
All ovens are different so you will want to set your timer for 20 minutes to check and make sure that the bread isn’t already done.
To test if the bread is cooked stick a toothpick into the center of the loaf. If the toothpick comes out clean then your bread is fully cooked.
Remove from oven and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
Slice up bread, serve, and enjoy!
Note: You can leave this on the counter for 2-3 days or put in the fridge for about 1 week.
