5 Ingredient Flourless Banana Bread Recipe
Oh man oh man do I love banana bread. Ever since I was little, banana bread or pumpkin bread were like my favorite thing. For some reason we only ever got to indulge in this tasty treat during the Holidays.
Now that I am all grown up, I can make it whenever I want to lol, but I ended up putting a different restriction on myself which made it to where I still couldn’t enjoy good banana bread…. yep, I decided to eat cleaner and healthier.
Since this healthy eating journey started I have been on a mission to freaking figure out how to make healthy flourless banana bread. This way I can have my cake and eat it to…. well, in a sense…. ok whatever you know what I mean :)
Some Food Ingredients That You Will Need:
The struggle has been real. I have failed over and over and over again. I haven’t been able to make a good moist banana bread that didn’t include white flower or sugar. Most of the breads that I have tried to make have come out dry, crumbly, or kinda hard. Not really the delicious banana bread that I remember having. So each time I was disappointed and just threw it away.
Well my friend, the search is finally over! I made this banana bread the other night and it was all the things! It is healthy, only contains 5 ingredients, moist, fluffy, sweet, and freaking DELICIOUS! So obviously I had to share it with you! I mean, that would just be wrong if I didn’t cause I know the struggle of trying to find a good healthy flour-less banana bread recipe.

Directions:
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
Spray bread pan with coconut spray to ensure bread doesn’t stick
Pour all ingredients into the bread pan
Cook for 30 minutes.
All ovens are different so you will want to set your timer for 20 minutes to check and make sure that the bread isn’t already done.
To test if the bread is cooked stick a toothpick into the center of the loaf. If the toothpick comes out clean then your bread is fully cooked.
Remove from oven and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
Slice up bread, serve, and enjoy!
Note: You can leave this on the counter for 2-3 days or put in the fridge for about 1 week.
