Vanilla Butter Protein Smoothie Recipe
I am almost all the way through my pregnancy! EEEKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!
With that, I can’t help but think about postpartum and what comes next. How to get back to my routines, exercising, and trying to build muscle.
One of the things I did before I got pregnant was drink my daily protein smoothie. It was pretty much the healthiest meal that I had every single day. Sometimes I would have it for breakfast and sometimes I would have it post workout. It really all depended on my mood that day, but no matter what I had one smoothie each day.
When I got pregnant, I stopped drinking my smoothies. It is amazing how easy it is to get out of a healthy habit. Did you know it takes 21 days to create a habit? But doesn’t it seem like it takes only a few days to break that healthy habit that took you so long to create? Ya, same.
So, in order to help me get back into my healthy habit of drinking a protein smoothie every day, I thought it would be fun to share new protein smoothie recipes with you! This way I have yet another reason to drink my smoothie :) It is a win win!
This smoothie that I am sharing with you today is one of the simplest smoothies and one of my absolute favorite smoothies. Before we get into the recipe make sure to check out all the other smoothie recipes here.
