How To Make A Protein Yogurt Parfait - Protein Yogurt Parfait Recipe

I absolutely love making protein yogurt parfaits. They are my go to breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner during the summer and while I am out camping! They are light, delicious, healthy, and help you get your protein in for the day. It seems like a win all the way around.

When I was pregnant I got on a huge parfait kick. I was craving fruit and really struggling eating any protein so the protein yogurt parfait was the perfect meal for me. I got to eat a huge bowl of blueberries while adding my protein powder in to at least get a little protein in.

The recipe I am sharing below is incredibly generic. It is to help you get starting in making your own protein yogurt parfaits. If you need some ideas on fruit combinations, I share all my breakfast recipes here. Make sure to check them.

How To Make A Protein Yogurt Parfait - Protein Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of your favorite yogurt. - I personally love vanilla or blueberry. If you want less sugar use unflavored yogurt. If you want more protein use greek yogurt.

  • 1/4 cup granola of choice

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder. - I like the vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup berries or fruit of choice

  • Toppings

    • ideas: nuts, nut butter, chia seeds, coconut shreds, chocolate chips, fruit, flax seeds, dried cranberries, raisins, chopped dates, agave syrup

Directions:

  1. Add yogurt to a bowl

  2. Add your protein powder and mix until smooth

  3. Top with granola

  4. Top with fruit

  5. Top with any additional toppings as desired

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
