Thai Peanut Butter Sauce Noodles with Beef Recipe
Oh man have I been on a Thai food kick lately! So, let’s go back a little ways which lead me to where I am today. You see, I grew up as more of a meat and potatoes kinda gal. We would BBQ all during the summer and typically didn’t venture out. The only time did something other than my moms amazing food was when we went to Mexican food or Chinese food.
When I moved out and went to college my friends were shocked that I had never had Indian food, Thai food, or basically any other food other than American food. So, naturally, they started to force me into eating different things lol. Most of them were awesome to my surprise.
A few years ago, I decided to try Thai food. Man, talk about the best thing ever! Ever since that day I have been obsessed with trying different Thai food restaurants whenever I travel. They are honestly very hit or miss.
So lately, I have been trying my hand at Thai food. This Thai Peanut Butter Sauce Noodle dinner is the very first successful Thai recipe I have created! Yay! So… yep I had to share it with you!
