Refreshing Peach Smoothie Recipe - Protein Smoothie

Peaches! Man when they are good, they are so dang good! Peaches definitely scream that Summer is officially here. Once you start seeing peaches in the store you know summer is just around the corner!

This smoothie isn’t a regular smoothie of mine, but it is definitely one that I love to have on occasion. It is very light flavored. Something to make the flavor a bit more strong is to use fresh peaches, freeze them overnight, and then make the smoothie the next day. The fresh peaches have so much more flavor that the frozen peaches.

Here are some things you will need to make your own Smoothies:

Creamy Pineapple Smoothie Recipe - Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces vanilla almond milk

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen peach chunks

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup peach yogurt

  • splash of vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 cup spinach

    • This will make your smoothie turn green

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Poor into your favorite glass, top with sliced peaches to make it pretty, and enjoy!!

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
