Sourdough Pancake Recipe
Ok so I have been on a journey of gardening, homesteading, and ultimately trying to go back to our roots rather than relying on the big box stores.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I still ship at Walmart, you don’t want to see my monthly Amazon bill, and McDonald’s is definitely a favorite, but…. we are working at just trying to make some of our own stuff more often.
Well, as you know I started to learn how to make sourdough bread last year. It has taken me forever to figure it out, but I am stoked that I finally figured it out! Yay!
With making sourdough bread that means feeding my sourdough starter quite often. I hate throwing out the sourdough discard so I have been constantly trying to figure out cool recipes to use my sourdough starter with… english muffins, crackers, and now these amazing pancakes!!!
