Raspberry Banana Smoothie Recipe - Protein Smoothie
Is it me or does smoothies just scream hot weather?
I love smoothies during the summertime. They are perfect when you need to eat, want to ensure you are being healthy, but really aren’t hungry at all because that summertime heat is just getting you down.
This smoothie can actually be made with any type of berry that you want. So if you aren’t a raspberry fan, no problem at all! Try it with blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries. All of them turn out so dang delicious!

Here are some things you will need to make your own Smoothies:
Raspberry Banana Smoothie Recipe - Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
8 ounces apple juice or vanilla almond milk (it depends on how sweet you want your smoothie)
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 whole frozen banana
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Optional: 1 cup spinach
This will make your smoothie turn brown
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender
Blend until smooth
Poor into your favorite glass, top with whole raspberries to make it pretty, and enjoy!!
Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
