Week 3 is done and dusted!!!!!

What did I change during week 3?
Ok, so I had a moment…. a thought that would change everything… an epiphany…
maybe that is a little bit of an exaggeration, but hear me out here.
So, how do you actually apply rice water to your hair? Like what is the process? For me, I have been looking into the mirror, standing over the sink, and using a spray bottle. Now, this is messy. The rice water seems to get EVERYWHERE! And even with the essential oils in it, it is still kinda smelly.
Well, all of the sudden during week 3 I thought “wow, why don’t I stand in the shower”. Ya something that simple can make a HUGE difference. So, now instead of creating an absolute mess in my bathroom, I am standing in the shower and spraying my hair with the rice water. This way the water gets on the walls of the shower and next time I take a shower it washes away! Genius right? lol.
Other than that slight change, my routine is the same as it was in week 1. I am also still using my amazing Mermaid Mist. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!

DUDE…. BRUH…. BRO…..
I am floored… shocked… stunned… like what is even happening? Is this actually working? So starting week 1 my hair was 14” long. It made it super easy to track so Yay for something finally being easy. Now, at the end of week 3 my hair is 15” long!!!!! Like what in the frick?!!! I feel like this is a joke. I really do. It is super weird. I don’t understand, but I am stoked for sure!
Considerations for next week:
The only consideration I have at the moment is to freaking stand in the shower while I apply the rice water hahaha. Seriously though this was a game changer cause I was getting a little upset.
