Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar Recipe - No Bake

So I have been really struggling drinking my protein shake lately. It isn’t just a protein shake though either…. it is a shake full of a ton of micro nutrients that are amazing for you and things that you don’t get in your every day diet. It is more of an all in one protein shake. Now, I know that this is so incredibly good for me and it should be really easy for me to eat. I mean it is the best meal of the day; however, I get caught up in the calorie count thing, I get caught up in the “it doesn’t taste good so it isn’t worth it” mentality, and I get caught up in all the bad ideas about food. Seriously it is the weirdest struggle and I really don’t know why I struggle so much with it.

I used to be able to drink this shake every single night. It wasn’t a hard thing to do and it is absolutely delicious, but as of late the struggle is real so I decided to try a few recipes that weren’t shakes. I figured it might help me get my protein in a little easier. I have tried a couple different recipes and they sucked. Like ewie , powdery, protein bar kinda nasty sucked.

After a few attempts I tried this recipe and it is amazing! I am so obsessed. It seriously tastes like you are eating cookie dough! I mean how much better can you get than that?!!

Things that will make creating this recipe much easier!
