Dreamy Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Yes, I have been on a smoothie kick for sure! I love Thanksgiving and I am not about to give up any of the food being offered. It is all so good; however, after Thanksgiving I feel a bit rounder than normal ;) After 3 different Thanksgiving meals, I decided that I was going to take a day where I only had smoothies to help reset my body. This smoothie made the top of the list for sure! Raspberries are some of my favorites!

This recipe makes one serving.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 ounces of Orange Juice

  2. 4 ounces of water

  3. 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  4. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  5. 3/4 cup frozen raspberries

  6. 1/2 of a frozen banana

  7. optional: 1/2 cup spinach

 

Directions:

  1. Add orange juice and water in a blender cup

  2. Add all other ingredients into the blender cup

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Serve

  5. Makes 1 serving
