Paleo Peppermint Patties - No Bake
Only 5 Ingredients
Growing up we would always get to pick a candy for our road trips. I typically chose Charleston Chews or Peppermint Patties. I L O V E mint and chocolate combined. It is absolutely delicious. You get that yummy sweet treat after dinner and end with minty fresh breath. How can you get any better than that? Seriously?
Here is the long awaited recipe:
Ingredients:
White Layer:
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 4 Tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Chocolate Layer
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Directions:
- Line mini cupcake pan
White Layer:
- Combine all ingredients into a small bowl
- Mix until smooth - You may need to heat in the microwave for 10 seconds
- Fill mini cupcakes half way
- Place cupcake pan in freezer for 1 hour
Chocolate Layer
- Combine all ingredients into a small bowl
- Mix until smooth - You may need to heat in the microwave for 10 seconds
- Take cupcake pan out of freezer
- Add chocolate sauce to the top of the white layer
- Place cupcake pan in freezer for half an hour
- ENJOY!
Servings: 20 patties | Store in Fridge or Freezer
