Healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe Vegan
I absolutely love everything fall! When Pumpkin Spice Madness starts happening it is the very beginning signs that Fall is just around the corner.
So, the other day I decided that I wanted to make a pumpkin spice smoothie. I wasn’t able to get on the Pumpkin spice shakeology kick, but I figured I could make my smoothie out of my delicious Vegan Vanilla and it would be just as, if not more, delicious.
Well, the experimenting started. I had to go through a few different trials and errors to get the perfect combination, but I finally figured it out and am so excited to share the Healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe with you! It is even a vegan friendly recipe. How cool is that?

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe Vegan
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
a dash of nutmeg
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
splash of vanilla
1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder ( I use my vegan vanilla shakeology)
Dash of pink Himalayan salt
Optional: if you want to make it better for you than ever add a handful of spinach
Here are the products I use:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to the blender cup
blend until the top starts rolling over (blend until smooth)
Pour into your cup
Top with Whipped cream and enjoy!
