Healthy Lunch Recipe for Camping and Hiking
Man finding an easy, healthy, yummy lunch for adventuring can be quite a challenge. I’m not sure why I have such a hard time with lunch but man I do! But seriously is it just me? Comment below if you have a hard time with lunch recipes for camping or hiking.

So I figured if I have a hard time then I must not be the only one. I’ve found a few recipes here and there but today I wanted to share my Go To. The big daddy. The one and only! My easy healthy lunch recipe that I deem the Go To Spinach Wrap.
Spinach Wrap ingredients:
1 tortilla
6 slices salami and 3 slices turkey
You can use any deli meat you prefer. Ive used salami only, Turkey only, ham, and pastrami.
1 tablespoon of Whipped Cream Cheese
Pinch of Pepper jack cheese
Sriracha if you like it
How to make it:
Spread cream cheese on tortilla
Lay meat evenly around the tortilla
Add spinach
Sprinkle with pepper jack cheese
Roll like a burrito
Enjoy!
