5 Ingredient Paleo Fudge - Coconut Oil Fudge
So this fudge is amazing. I'm not even trying to get you guys to make it by saying that. It is yummy, fixes a sweet tooth, and only has 5 ingredients!
You see, my ultimate downfall is sweets, and chips, but mainly sweets. After every meal I want something sweet. Now, I typically go to grab a starburst but it never stops at one. Before I know it I have had more than 10!
These little delicious fudge squares satisfy your sweet tooth in just a couple of bites. Its amazing!
So here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2/ cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (unless the almond butter is salted)
Directions:
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside
- Add all ingredients into a mall pot
- Place on medium heat and whisk continuously until smooth. (this should only take about 30 seconds.
- Pour into lined dish
- Place in fridge for 2 hours.
- Enjoy!
Servings: 15 bars| Store in Fridge or Freezer
