Hello my beautiful friends! I hope you are having the most beautiful week. Here is a simple, easy, delicious recipe.  Made with 5 ingredients. You can even switch up the blackberries for any other berry of your choice.

This recipe makes one serving.

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces of vanilla almond milk

  2. 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  3. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  4. 1 cup frozen blackberries

  5. 1/2 of a frozen banana

  6. optional but recommended: 5 drops of vanilla stevia

  7. optional: 1/2 cup spinach

Of course if you add the whipped cream that makes it 6 ingredients :)

Directions:

  1. Add milk in a blender cup

  2. Add all other ingredients into the blender cup

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Serve

  5. Makes 1 serving
